What Youll Do
Assemble complex mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems
Build custom industrial equipment from engineering drawings and specifications
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and assembly documentation
Perform quality inspections and functional testing throughout the assembly process
Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify practical solutions
Document assembly procedures calibration activities and production records
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve processes and product quality
Maintain a safe organized and efficient work environment
Requirements
What Were Looking For
3 years of experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment
Experience assembling mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings
Proficiency with hand tools power tools and precision measuring instruments
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Experience assembling custom machinery automation equipment or industrial systems
Familiarity with PLC systems and control wiring
Experience with SolidWorks and eDrawings
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
Background in heat staking heat sealing or related manufacturing equipment
