An established and growing industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to help build highly customized automation and production equipment used by leading manufacturers across multiple industries.

This is not a repetitive assembly-line role. Youll work on sophisticated mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to bring custom-designed equipment from concept to reality.

What Youll Do

  • Assemble complex mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems
  • Build custom industrial equipment from engineering drawings and specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints schematics and assembly documentation
  • Perform quality inspections and functional testing throughout the assembly process
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify practical solutions
  • Document assembly procedures calibration activities and production records
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve processes and product quality
  • Maintain a safe organized and efficient work environment


Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience assembling mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings
  • Proficiency with hand tools power tools and precision measuring instruments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience assembling custom machinery automation equipment or industrial systems
  • Familiarity with PLC systems and control wiring
  • Experience with SolidWorks and eDrawings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Background in heat staking heat sealing or related manufacturing equipment
