Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to own MBA recruiting operations this role you will:
- Lead a team of MBA recruiters across full-lifecycle MBA recruiting from strategy through offer close partnering directly with business leaders across Amazon to deliver exceptional talent
- Build and scale programs that elevate the candidate experience and strengthen Amazons brand on top MBA campuses
- Drive operational excellence owning metrics mechanisms and continuous improvement for one of Amazons most visible and competitive talent pipelines
- Influence stakeholders at all levels serving as a trusted advisor to hiring teams program managers and senior leadership on MBA hiring strategy and market intelligence

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end MBA recruiting strategy and execution lead full-lifecycle recruiting across target MBA programs from workforce planning and pipeline development through offer close and onboarding handoff
- Manage campus and candidate relationships serve as Amazons primary recruiting presence at assigned MBA programs; cultivate long-term partnerships with career services student clubs and faculty
- Partner with business stakeholders consult with hiring managers business unit leaders and HRBPs to understand talent needs calibrate role requirements and deliver candidates who raise the bar
- Drive operational mechanisms own recruiting metrics (pipeline health conversion rates time-to-fill candidate experience scores); run WBRs and deliver data-driven insights to leadership
- Develop and execute events strategy plan and lead on-campus engagements info sessions coffee chats and closed-list events that strengthen Amazons employer brand with MBA talent
- Manage and improve recruiting processes identify bottlenecks design scalable workflows and implement tools/mechanisms that increase efficiency and candidate quality
- Ensure bar-raising hiring standards uphold Amazons interview philosophy; coach hiring teams on behavioral interviewing calibrate loops and close high-priority candidates
- Deliver executive-level reporting synthesize recruiting performance market trends and competitive intelligence into narratives for senior leadership
- 6 years of recruiting or HR experience
- Experience in recruiting or HR
- Experience building coaching and managing a recruiting team
- Experience managing large dispersed recruiting/sourcing teams
- Experience working with recruiting tools and systems including resume databases internet sourcing tools and spreadsheets
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience creating measuring and scaling workflow among candidates hiring managers and the recruiting team
- Experience managing senior staff or staffing managers
- Experience with workforce planning
- Experience partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
