Ivy Academy is seeking a Math RTI Ed. Asst. to join for the 202627 school year. We are an environmental public charter school that blends academic rigor outdoor learning project-based experiences & strong student relationships to create meaningful educational experiences for all learners. Position Overview
The Math RTI Ed. Asst. will provide targeted math intervention and academic support for students who need additional assistance in mastering foundational and grade-level math skills. This role will work collaboratively with classroom teachers Exceptional Education staff counselors and administrators to identify student needs monitor progress and implement effective intervention strategies.

Passionate about helping struggling learners build confidence
Comfortable collaborating across departments and grade levels
Responsibilities
Provide Tier II and Tier III math interventions for middle and/or high school students
Analyze academic data to identify skill gaps and monitor student progress
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop intervention plans
Deliver small-group and individualized instruction
Support students with executive functioning organization and study skills as needed
Maintain documentation related to intervention services and student progress
Participate in RTI MTSS IEP and student support meetings as appropriate
Help create a positive structured and encouraging learning environment
Build strong relationships with students and families
Support Ivy Academys mission culture and outdoor/environmental learning philosophy
Qualifications
Endorsement in Mathematics preferred
Experience working with struggling learners and/or intervention programs preferred
Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of RTI/MTSS processes and progress monitoring tools preferred
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Passion for innovative and student-centered education
Preferred Qualities
Experience with differentiated instruction and academic intervention
Familiarity with project-based learning environments
Flexibility and creativity in instructional delivery
Commitment to equity inclusion and student growth
Desire to contribute positively to school culture and community
