Company Introduction: We partner and innovate with our customers to provide the highest quality life enhancing medical devices in the Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PMDescription: The Stager/Packer is responsible for preparing staging and packaging products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures that orders are accurate properly packed labeled and ready for on-time delivery while maintaining quality and safety standardsResponsibilities Adheres to Viant Core Values and all safety environmental security and quality requirements including but not limited to: Quality Management System (QMS) Safety Environmental and Security Management Systems U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations company policies and operating procedures and other regulatory stage and organize items for outgoing shipments based on order requirements. Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit. Verify order accuracy (quantities item numbers and specifications). Label packages correctly and ensure compliance with shipping procedures. Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks shrink wrap machines). Maintain clean and organized staging and packing areas. Assist with loading shipments onto trucks as needed. Follow company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Report damaged items discrepancies or inventory issues to supervisors. Meet daily productivity and quality pick slips pack slips and other shipping carrier 5S of shipping / receiving inventory movements and transacts accurately in the lot control procedure inventory Cycle Counts and physical inventories as required. Processes inventory shipments. to customers or internal Viant the boxes for the week tagged and stored the boxes. Understand how to read the shop traveler. Having knowledge of customer shipping specs. Knowledge of what shipping methods are to use to ensure packaging is duties as assigned. Requirements Education/CertificationHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience1 years of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility in a material handler or packaging role.
