Job Title: Material Flow Analyst
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 2 Years (Possible Extension)
Location: Davenport IA 52809
Shift: 1st Shift (Minimal OT)

Job Summary

Manage material replenishment inventory control and material flow activities
Ensure parts are delivered to production lines on time and in the correct packaging
Support supply chain operations through SAP inventory management and data analysis

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory and material availability for production
Develop and maintain material replenishment strategies
Monitor raw materials WIP and finished goods movement
Analyze inventory and supply chain data
Work within SAP ERP for material planning and tracking
Coordinate with manufacturing and material flow teams
Resolve material shortages and availability issues
Prepare reports documents and inventory records
Support supplier management activities
Maintain inventory accuracy and process efficiency

Required Skills

Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Data analysis and reporting skills
Inventory management experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
