What Youll Do
No two days look the same. Youll help bring Bohlers marketing strategy to life through a variety of initiatives including:
- Planning and coordinating regional events sponsorships and marketing campaigns
- Partnering with our communications team in creating engaging content for social media email marketing blogs and case studies
- Developing brand messaging that resonates with clients and supports business growth
- Researching target markets industry trends and competitive insights to identify new opportunities
- Leveraging AI tools and emerging marketing technologies to streamline workflows enhance content and improve marketing effectiveness
- Collaborating with teammates across Marketing and Communications to execute integrated campaigns
- Supporting proposal development and marketing materials when needed

What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of marketing experience; AEC industry experience required
- Proficient in InDesign
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A creative mindset backed by curiosity attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
