Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Proposal Assistant:

• AssisttheMarketingteamin theproposalprocessincluding info gathering resume creationdocumentlayoutproposalsubmission and interview presentations.
• Monitor websites for new project opportunities.
• Supportspecialeventsand trade shows.
• Developlayout and graphic designskills in Adobe software (emphasis on InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word).
• Performtasks to ensure the quality of Marketing materials such as proofreading aesthetics and compliance reviews.
• Make updatesinthe relationship management (CRM) system.
• Travel between Apex officesand toclient locations to deliver proposalsas needed.
• Fulfill other administrative tasks as needed.

What were looking for:

• Degree certification or equivalent experience in communications marketing business English journalism or a related field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience.
• Foundational writing and editing abilities. Graphic design skillsa plus.
• Ability to learn Adobe InDesign.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint.
• Availability for occasional event support during nonbusiness hourssuch ascommunity events.
• Solid organizational multitasking and prioritizing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in-personat theFort Myers office. A hybridworkarrangement may bepossiblepending training and positive performance.
• Ability to travel between offices for related tasks on occasion.
• Valid drivers license safe drivinghistoryand reliable transportation.
