The Marketing Performance Lead drives end-to-end marketing measurement and analytics delivering actionable insights that optimize campaign performance improve funnel conversion and maximize demand generation effectiveness. You and your family will have access to LYRA an industry leading platform that provides comprehensive support and a myriad of resources to help support your physical mental financial and social :A continuous focus on professional development with many opportunities for training & career Focused: We care about you and have developed a 24/7 safety mindset that is showcased throughout every facet of the Youll Do:Own Marketing Performance Reporting & InsightsDesign build and evolve dashboards and reporting across all funnel stages (engagement leads MQL SQL opportunities revenue)Define and standardize KPIs funnel definitions and performance views across teamsDeliver recurring and ad hoc insights to support day-to-day and strategic decision-makingServe as the subject matter expert for marketing performance analyticsDrive Funnel Performance & Demand EfficiencyAnalyze full-funnel performance to identify conversion gaps bottlenecks and leakage pointsEvaluate demand generation performance using key metrics (conversion rates cost per lead cost per MQL ROI)Identify performance drivers across campaigns channels and segmentsTranslate analysis into clear actionable recommendations to improve performance across Marketing and Inside SalesLead Advanced Measurement & Attribution (MMM MTA)Apply and interpret advanced measurement approaches including media mix modeling (MMM) and multi-touch attribution (MTA)Translate model outputs into actionable insights that inform media and channel-level investment decisionsProvide data-driven perspectives on how spend should be distributed across campaigns channels and tactics based on performanceChallenge assumptions on channel and campaign effectiveness by identifying true performance driversPartner with Data Science Analytics or external partners to ensure models reflect accurate inputs and business contextEvolve measurement approaches to improve visibility into incrementality and overall marketing impactPerformance Insights & Scenario AnalysisAnalyze historical performance trends to provide clarity on demand generation conversion and pipeline healthDevelop scenario-based analyses to evaluate the potential impact of changes in volume conversion rates or channel mixConnect performance data to business outcomes to support informed discussions on growth and efficiencyProvide clear fact-based perspectives that highlight trade-offs across channels and performance driversEnsure Data Quality & Measurement IntegrityIdentify data quality issues inconsistencies and reporting gaps impacting performance visibilityPartner with Data and IT teams to improve data reliability and reporting consistencyEnsure alignment of definitions logic and reporting outputs across systems and teamsBuild confidence in marketing data through validation governance and consistencyWhat you bring:Post-secondary education in Marketing Business Analytics or a related field. 68 years of experience in marketing analytics marketing operations revenue analytics or a similar role. Strong experience working with CRM platforms preferably Salesforce and complex funnel data. Proven ability to develop and own performance reporting in a multi-channel marketing environment. Expertise in translating data and analysis into actionable recommendations that drive business results. Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders. Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing decisions through data-driven storytelling. Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and collaborates effectively across proficiency is required to support the full North American Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job expected annual salary range for this role is $80000 - $100000 a note the compensation information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills experience and qualifications candidates geographical location as well as market and business considerations.
