Influencer Marketing Relations Manager Freelance

Responsibilities

• Identify recruit and onboard influencers across YouTube TikTok Instagram and other emerging platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators talent managers and agencies.
• Source influencers that align with client campaigns target audiences and brand objectives.
• Negotiate collaboration terms deliverables timelines and compensation.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach through content delivery and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on reach engagement and overall effectiveness.
• Ensure creators meet deadlines and deliver content according to campaign guidelines.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in influencer marketing creator partnerships talent management or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing relationships with influencers or talent agencies are highly preferred.
• Experience using influencer marketing platforms or CRM tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns independently.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
