As a Marketing Manager for PCL Construction Services Bellevue Washington youll serve as a trusted advisor to district leadership helping shape business strategy drive market growth and position PCL to win the right opportunities. Youll lead the development of pursuit and win strategies for some of the districts most important projects while providing the strategic vision mentorship and direction that guide our broader marketing program. Your work will directly influence the projects we pursue the clients we build relationships with the strength of our brand in the marketplace and the future growth of the district.

Heres how a Marketing Manager for PCL Construction Services Inc. within Seattle contributes to our team:
- Leads the districts marketing strategy ensuring initiatives support business goals market growth and measurable results.
- Provides vision mentorship and leadership to a high-performing marketing team fostering a culture of collaboration creativity and excellence.
- Oversees pursuit strategy for key opportunities partnering with proposal and operations teams to develop winning approaches in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Facilitates strategic planning SWOT analyses and market assessments to identify opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Guides the development of compelling content and strategic storytelling that enhances PCLs brand and market presence.
- Leads market and competitor research to inform business decisions and support district growth.
- Provides executive-level editing messaging and communications support to ensure content is clear compelling and aligned with PCLs brand.
- Partners with the marketing team to shape and advance the districts digital and social media presence in support of business objectives.
- Oversees the planning and execution of marketing initiatives events and campaigns that strengthen client relationships and elevate PCLs reputation.
- Champions quality innovation and continuous improvement driving the creation of award-winning marketing and proposal deliverables.
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in marketing communications journalism or equivalent.
- 10 years of progressive experience in marketing with prior supervisory experience highly recommended.
- Experience developing and managing brand best practices and able to build execute and manage the district brand strategy and participate in national and sector brand planning.
- Experience initiating and managing district-level marketing strategic plan development and implementation with alignment to district and company strategic-planning processes.
- Ability to interpret and utilize data analytics to create change and manage marketing plans and strategies.
- Exceptional knowledge of and ability to manage strategic implementation of all marketing mediums including web print advertising video and social media.
- Advanced skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud specifically Adobe InDesign Microsoft Suite products and Bluebeam.
- Exceptional team player with ability to build develop mentor and inspire a marketing team.
The estimated salary range for this role is $100000 to $124000 based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
