Marketing Manager

A fast-growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm based in Century City dedicated to securing top results for our clients. Were looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence drive client acquisition strategy and manage marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive case intake and brand awareness
• Manage the firms digital presence including website SEO/SEM and social media accounts
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads social media and other channels) and track ROI
• Coordinate with outside vendors and agencies (PR design video print)
• Manage content creation blog posts client testimonials case results press releases
• Track and report on marketing KPIs lead generation metrics and campaign performance
• Plan and execute community outreach sponsorships and firm events
• Maintain brand consistency across all firm materials and communications
• Collaborate with intake and attorney teams to align marketing efforts with firm goals

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
• 3 years of marketing experience; law firm or professional services marketing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO PPC social media email marketing)
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $75000.00 - $90000.00 per year
