Job Summary
This is an IN-PERSON role in Allentown PA.
We are seeking a hands-on marketing generalist who can write design and execute quickly tackling a wide range of marketing initiatives across digital legacy media in-store and social channels. This is an independent contractor role with a flexible schedule and an estimated 10-15 hours of work per week.

This is an independent contractor role with a flexible schedule and an estimated 10-15 hours of work per week.
What Youll Do
Content & Campaign Execution
- Write and build email campaigns in Mailchimp
- Create social media posts
- Createin-store signage and promotional materials
- Help execute seasonal promotions (sales events product features)
Creative Production
- Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Create basic ad creatives and promotional visuals
- Capture in-store content (photos short videos product highlights)
Website & Ecommerce Support
- Update website banners and promotional content
- Assist with product merchandising and landing pages
- Help improve product pages and messaging
Advertising Support
- Assist with Facebook/Instagram ad setup and creative testing
- Help develop ad copy and promotional angles
What Were Looking For
Core Skills
- Strong writing ability
- Basic design skills. E.g. Canva Adobe or similar
- Comfortable using marketing tools - Meta Business Suite Google Adwords Mailchimp
- Basic HTML knowledge
Mindset
- Able to move quickly and execute without overthinking
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Practical and detail-oriented
- Willing to take initiative and run with ideas
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (BigCommerce Shopify etc.)
- Interest in pets retail or workwear
Schedule & Location
- Part-time approximately 10-15 hours per week
- Primarily based at our Airport Rd location in Allentown
- Occasional visits to other locations for content
