Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking Experienced or Senior Manufacturing Technology Analyst for the F-15 program located in Berkeley MO.

Position Overview: We are looking for Experienced Manufacturing Engineers with expertise in airplane subsystems production readiness and composite this role you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient production of our world-class aerospace products including advanced platforms for our Fighter Jet programs.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices

• Lead activities for improvements to engineering designs manufacturing processes large-scale systems integration and software applications

• Approve supporting processes and related documentation

• Lead consultation and training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production

• Develop advanced manufacturing technology and guides its implementation into production

• Lead technical and administrative activities to meet regulatory production and process requirements in support of the manufacturing plan

• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services meet requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• (Level 4) 14 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

• Composite Fabrication experience

• Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers

• Experience with 3D model-based instruction

• Experience with any of the following: IVT CREO CATIA MES Gold PrimeR Aurora VisVSA DELMIA VisMockup ProModel FlexSim 3D Printed Parts Moonshine Shop Maker Space ImDev ICIDO Multi- Monitor Collaborative Rooms

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci)

• Experience reviewing and approving other engineers work (installation plans tool orders line stock checks etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
