This role works closely with Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians to ensure efficient safe and high-quality assembly practices. Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesAssist in the setup calibration and troubleshooting of assembly equipment and revise and maintain clear and accurate SOPs and work instructions for assembly continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency quality and with Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians to identify and resolve process issues on the assembly time studies and process audits to support data-driven operators on new or revised assembly procedures and ensure proper documentation is in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) compliance with safety quality and regulatory accurate records of process changes equipment maintenance and training additional manufacturing tasks as needed to meet production duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsAssociate degree or technical certification in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or a related field preferred.13 years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing technical writing skills with experience creating SOPs or technical with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools (e.g. 5S Kaizen Value Stream Mapping).Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings schematics and technical with basic hand tools measurement instruments and diagnostic communication and collaboration computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office document management systems).Must pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical to work in a high-stress -oriented and able to work approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the to understand processes (system and non-system) troubleshoot develop and recommend working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Microsoft ConditionsManufacturing/factory environment.
