Job Summary
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Syracuse NY 13221
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay: $41.50/hr. on W2
Citizenship Requirement: Must be US Citizen and no dual citizenship
Shift: 5/40-1st Shift Mon-Thu 9 hours 4 hours on Friday.
(7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mon -Thu 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Fri)
Job Description:
- This role will be computer processing heavy in supporting Manufacturing BOM development and process instruction creation.
- Its possible that it will evolve later to include designing manufacturing processes procedures and production layouts for assemblies equipment installation processing machining and material handling.
- Must be self-starter and take initiative on projects.
- Must work well with cross-functional teams.
- Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
- Will not be initially drawing/Designing but may after a few months
- Hiring Manager would consider early career candidates with a Manufacturing Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Degree and at least 3 months of industrial experience
- Candidates with at least 1 year Manufacturing Experience desired.
