Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Glendale AZ 85301

Duration: 183 days

Shift Timings: 2nd Shift: Monday Friday 3:30 PM 2:00 AM (10 hours per day)

Note: Interview Type: In person. Candidates must be compliant with DOD/ITAR reequipments and be US Citizens or nationals.

Summary of Job:

Responsible for supporting plating operations through proper chemical handling equipment maintenance troubleshooting and plating preparation activities. The role requires strong technical expertise in plating processes defect resolution and operational safety.

Must-have/Required skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of experience in plating operations
• Ability to calculate surface areas and determine proper amperage for plating loads
• Ability to perform proper chemical handling procedures
• Ability to identify and use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Ability to troubleshoot tank issues including proper cable connections filter change-outs and resistance failures
• Ability to diagnose and resolve part defects and identify root causes
• Ability to activate parts prior to plating
• Ability to perform proper cleaning and maintenance of plating equipment

Nice-to-have skills:

• Gold plating experience is a plus

Key responsibilities and duties:
