Manager Security
Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Security you will support and enhance the companys executive protection and corporate security programs. You will lead executive protection planning oversee contract security resources monitor and assess security threats support incident response activities and partner with internal and external stakeholders to help protect people property products and brand integrity.
- Support the Executive Protection Program including developing protection plans and coordinating security for executive appearances Board of Directors meetings and other high-profile events.
- Direct and manage contract security providers supporting executives and Board members.
- Monitor threats directed toward executives leveraging internal and external resources and recommend appropriate response actions.
- Maintain productive relationships with law enforcement and other public safety organizations.
- Manage and direct contract security resources supporting the Omaha campus and other company facilities as needed.
- Gather analyze and communicate security incident information to identify and mitigate risks to people property products and brand reputation.
- Notify senior leadership of security concerns that may impact people property or brand integrity.
- Partner with government agencies industry analysts and external security resources to support security operations.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging security threats trends and response techniques.
- Support security systems processes audits and programs including Food Defense and Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) as well as other regulatory and security best-practice initiatives.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Security or a related field
- 7 years of Law enforcement experience or 10 years of or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of government or non-governmental organization (NGO) security resources.
- Knowledge of investigative and research techniques related to security operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and comprehensive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as business needs require approximately 25% to 30%
- Experience managing security vendors contract security personnel or security-related programs is preferred.

Compensation
Pay Range:$109000-$159000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal Conagra employees Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
