We are seeking an experienced Manager Talent Management to support one of our valued Sacramento based clients. This role is ideal for an HR professional who excels in building talent strategies leading organizational development initiatives and driving programs that strengthen workforce capability and retention.
The Manager Talent Management is responsible for developing and executing strategies that attract retain and develop top talent. This role oversees talent acquisition workforce planning succession planning job description management salary surveys and career pathing initiatives to support organizational growth and long-term sustainability. - Location: Citrus Heights CA (Hybrid- 3 days onsite after training)
- Pay-$55-$62/Hour (DOE)
Responsibilities
- Lead core talent programs including full-cycle recruitment workforce planning succession planning and career pathing to support organizational growth and leadership continuity.
- Oversee job architecture and compensation activities managing job description development salary surveys and market analysis to maintain competitive and compliant structures.
- Drive data-informed talent strategies by leveraging HRIS/talent systems monitoring key talent metrics and providing insights that guide organizational decision-making.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to identify talent gaps implement development solutions ensure policy and employment law compliance and strengthen overall talent capability.
- Provide leadership and operational oversight
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field with at least three years of experience in talent management or related HR functions preferred.
- Strong expertise in core talent disciplines including talent acquisition workforce planning and succession planning strategies.
- Exceptional communication collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively across the organization.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret data manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated integrity professionalism and confidentiality with a strong customer-service orientation and leadership mindset.
