JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coachesmotivatesand professionally developsteam membershelping to set and model desired quality techniques.
• Buildsstrong relationships with IT Product and Operations leaders to seek feedbackforcontinuous improvement.
• Translatestechnicaldetailinto business relevant language.
• Setsclearobjectivesandmeasuresalignedwith organizational goalstoevaluatethe performance of team membersand toutilize incompensation recommendations.
• Promotesteamwork and cooperation within and across teams.
• Implementslean solutions to improve team efficiency whilemaintainingeffectiveness.
• Assesses and improves team health.
• Createsa culture that makes room forfailure learningand continuous improvement.
• Leadsthe hiring process for team members.
• Contributesto strategic planning decisions such as budget and staffing plans.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESUNIQUETO THIS ROLE:

• Responsiblefor product or initiative deliveryincludingqualityefficiencyandworktimeliness.
• Effectively communicates the status of ongoing initiatives and the state of the product working with Product Owners and Teams to address stakeholder concerns.
• AssistsAgile teams in implementing designs for large-scale software projects that meet customer and business needs.
• Discusses where our systems are today and where we want to take them and helps design how we can best get there.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3yearsleadership experiencepreferablyin IT.
• Experience mentoringand developingothers and/orleadingasignificant changewithin a team.

Compensation range for this role is $11000-$120000 annually depending on experience.
