Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview
The Manager Global Process Leaderplays a critical role insupporting global procurement process ownership and the systems tools and digital capabilitiesthat enable scalable compliant and insightdriven procurement operations across DePuy Synthes.
This role partners closely with Global Process Owners Procurement leaders IT and other enabling functions toexecute process improvements optimize procurement systems and support global adoptionof standardized procurement processes and platforms. The position offers strong exposure to procurement transformation digital enablement and global operating model execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support Global Process Owners in theexecution governance and continuous improvementof endtoend procurement processes.
Manage daytoday activities related toprocurement systems and enabling technologies including enhancements upgrades and issue resolution.
Support the deployment adoption and optimization ofenterprise procurement platforms(e.g. contract lifecycle management pricing analytics and related tools).
Partner with Procurement IT Finance Legal and Commercial stakeholders to translate business needs intoeffective system and process solutions.
Assistin defining and trackingprocess performance metrics system adoption and value realization.
Supportprocess standardization simplification and automationinitiatives aligned to global procurement strategy.
Contribute to change management training and communication efforts to driveuser adoption and compliance.
Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners to support delivery performance and cost management.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree(Business Supply Chain Procurement Information Systems Engineering or related field).
MBAor other advanced degree preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required:
68 years of experiencein Procurement Supply Chain Commercial Operations or Systems Enablement within a complex or regulated environment.
Experience supportingprocurement processes systems or digital enablement initiatives.
Working knowledge of procurement technologies such asCLM ERP sourcing pricing or analytics platforms.
Strong analytical problemsolving and project coordination skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in aglobal matrixed organization.
Strong communicationskills with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
Preferred:
Experience supportingglobal process ownership (GPO)or procurement operating model initiatives.
Exposure toprocess improvement automation or procurement transformationprograms.
Familiarity with change management and system deployment activities.
Experience working with external technology vendors or implementation partners.
Background in MedTech healthcare or other regulated industries.
Other:
Languages: English;additionallanguages a plus.
Travel: Up to1520% primarily domestic.
Certifications: Project management or systems certifications (e.g. PMP Agile ITIL) preferred.

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
