Summary:

This role manages the assigned hospital campus and assists with overseeing facilities operations managing budgets directing routine maintenance responding to emergencies managing risk managing construction/contractors and conducting site inspections. The manager assists with directing the Facilities departments activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission values and objectives of the department and organization.

Responsibilities:

Manages/Oversees all the Construction Projects attends meetings and coordinates all hospital and monitors staffing activities including hiring orienting evaluating disciplinary actions and continuing education as a project manager and schedules monitors and inspects work provided by in house craftsman and outside contractors to ensure work meets appropriate and evaluates departmental operations including service level determination and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control to all emergencies related to utilities that affect hospital with management of the safety program to reduce risk of injury for patients staff and all routine maintenance for all utilities as required by Joint Commission/ and manage outside vendors and service providers including but not limited to maintenance contracts grounds keeping facility and/or system inspection and certifications trend analysis on all equipment fault times.
