National Association of ManufacturersJob DescriptionPosition Title: Manager Association PartnershipsDepartment: Council of Manufacturing Associations Reports To: Managing Vice President Association PartnershipsFLSA/Level: Exempt/ProfessionalLocation: HQ DCPosition Overview:As the Manager Association Partnerships you will be responsible for supporting key elements of the National Association of Manufacturers partnership programs with national and state industry association members. This role manages key functions including member engagement member services and provides support for events and member convenings throughout the position requires an organized self-starter who can multitask and handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in support of the NAMs Council of Manufacturing Association programs and services. The position also supports the activities of the NAMs State Partners and Allied Associations (approximately 25%) as well as some Division-wide -to-Day Responsibilities:Membership:Maintain accurate membership records: including additions deletions name changes title changes email updates deletions and managing marketing incoming member queries and execution of member member onboarding processes and ensure all timelines are met for onboarding closely with Managing Vice President and Executive Director to continually inform members of services and benefits of membership; assist with the execution of email and other marketing and report on key metrics related to membership growth and generate reports to inform member engagement with member invoicing and due collection and help manage incoming speaker & Event Management:Manage CMA Board logistics coordination including drafting board member communications materials preparation event scheduling and meeting speaker and program logistics and co-lead project team for CMAs semi-annual leadership conferences COSMA annual meeting and Association Partnerships analyze and report member feedback on programs and coordination of association partnerships events and administrative and project support to the CMAs various programsEvaluate and report on the effectiveness of all membership and communications :Leads member communications coordination including creating copies for emails marketing materials and other materials as and compiles content for member communications including weekly member content and manages CMA social media up-to-date CMA website with current events and activitiesOther project support as neededThe above list of responsibilities represents the position and is not intended to limit or preclude other duties and tasks that may be associated with or added to the Responsibilities: NoneQualifications:Minimum of 3 years administrative/project management work Management experience is highly preferredMust be articulate well organized and initiating and developing client working with Salesforce communication and interpersonal attention to detail and critical thinking skills in problem-solving negotiation and resolving time management skills and ability to balance multiple to providing best in class customer to work in a fast-paced changing and deadline-driven have excellent interpersonal writing and editing to work efficiently within a cross-departmental to handle stress as priorities and tasks to occasionally work nights and/or weekendsLight lifting required; must have the ability to lift and move 20 lb. boxes of literature and sponsorship/exhibit be willing to travel to 3-5 events per Range: $74000 $75000 annually. This salary range represents a good faith estimate of the lowest to the highest salary for this position.
