Management Trainee Intern

This role is located within Sanford FL 32771 Deland FL 32720 and surrounding areas.

The Spring Intern program will begin on begin on January 7 2027 and ends on April 3 2027.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program (part-time or full-time) or a masters degree program (part-time or full-time) with a graduation date no later than December 2027.
• Must be able to commit to a part time schedule from January 7 2027 and ends on April 3 2027Minimum expectations of availability would be part time (24 hours).
• Must have 3 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales retail serving/restaurant/bar or hospitality industry Leadership: military athletics/team activities or community social or academic organizations.
• Must be willing to accept temporary employment for the internship period.
• Must have a valid drivers license in with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 drug or alcohol related conviction (ie DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
