Responsibilities
Perform mammography and diagnostic imaging exams according to department protocols
Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort safety and proper exam completion
Evaluate images for technical quality and complete required QA/QC activities
Operate imaging equipment transfer images to PACS and maintain accurate patient records
Provide patient education support routine breast cancer screening and follow ACR standards
Requirements
ARRT(R)(M) Or Equivalent Registration Required
BLS/BCLS Certification Required
Minimum 2 years of imaging or mammography experience preferred/required
Digital mammography and tomosynthesis training required
MQSA requirements breast CEUs mammography exam volume recent X-ray Fuji and Cerner experience preferred
