This role involves timely response to work orders addressing maintenance issues and completing assigned projects efficiently. - Perform all types of routine maintenance work
- Service onsite equipment and machinery
- Conduct monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings and of machinery and equipment
- Respond to after-hours maintenance calls when required
- Perform inventory control and tracking
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
- General handyman experience including general knowledge of plumbing carpentry electrical and building trades
- Ability to transport handle and/or lift up to 75lbs.
- Valid Drivers License
