Summary
This position is located at Fort Sill Family Morale Welfare and Recreation Support Services (CYS Facilities).

Incentives and Bonuses
- Incentives will not be paid.
- Serves as working leader of 3 or more employees in accomplishingtrades and labor work.
- Checks work in progress and when finished for compliance with supervisors instructions on work sequence procedures methods and deadlines.
- Works along with other workers setting the pace performing non-supervisory work of the same kind and level as that done by the group led.
- Measures cuts constructs and/or repairs wood composite building materials and wood substitute items where specific fit and accuracy are required within allowable limits to produce a serviceable product.
- May be required to drive vehicles up to and including a 5-ton truck to move furniture etc. to various buildings on the installation.
Conditions of employment

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 para.2. to include a Tier 1 background investigation with childcare checks.
- A health assessment is required.
- Possession of a valid drivers license to operate assigned government vehicles.
- The employee must maintain a current drivers license while in this job.
- May lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds and occasionally heavier items with assistance.
- Work requires standing stooping bending climbing crawling and kneeling for extended periods in uncomfortable positions.

Ability to communicate in English at a level to assure the duties described can be accomplished in a safe and satisfactory manner. Demonstrated skills in successfully operating standard tools. Experience in accomplishing the types of duties described in this job.

FWS employees earn overtime pay for working more than 8 hours in a day or more than 40 hours in a week -- whichever gives the employee more benefit. Regular full-time regular part-time and regularly scheduled flexible employees may receive Sunday premium pay for working on Sundays. Employees may also be eligible to receive extra pay if the majority of their scheduled hours falls after 3:00 PM.
- Non-foreign overseas allowances cost of living (COLA) and differentials will not be paid contingent upon eligibility.
