Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift
Schedule: 3rd Shift Insert Days
Pay Range: $32.00-$40.00/hour based on experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Independently perform preventive predictive and routine maintenance

• Troubleshoot and repair facility and production equipment (Extruders Mixers Dryers Pumps Compressors Pelletizers etc.)

• Diagnose and replace faulty electrical or mechanical parts (switches sensors starters etc.)

• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CEBOS or physical files

• Use and program PLCs to troubleshoot and monitor systems

• Perform basic carpentry plumbing welding and fabrication tasks

• Test inspect and calibrate equipment for operational readiness

• Respond to maintenance work orders and complete them in the tracking system

• Read and interpret schematics manuals and safety procedures

• Use hand tools power tools and metalworking equipment as needed

• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule including weekends and holidays

• Handle emergencies such as equipment failure fire/burglar alarms HVAC issues power outages snow removal and more

Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Electronics preferred

• 2-5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

• Technical school or trade certification is a plus

• Strong mechanical electrical and troubleshooting skills

• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

• Familiarity with NEC NFPA 79 and OSHA standards

• Knowledge of AC/DC drive systems and pneumatics

• Ability to read safety rules SOPs manuals and SDS sheets
