Maintenance Technician First Shift

• Performs routine maintenance on all building equipment from HVAC to production equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the property.

• Keep machinery in good working order and notify Manufacturing Manager of any repair to be done on any equipment used in the production area

• Observe safety precautions to prevent fires or explosions.
• Monitor gauges recording instruments flow meters or products to ensure that specified conditions are maintained.
• Observe work areas to detect leaks or equipment malfunctions or to monitor operating conditions.

• Perform daily checks on production scales and forklifts.
• Development of preventative maintenance program while updating the software daily.
• Support other areas of the plant designated by Plant Operation manager.
• Communicating with people outside the organization representing the organization to customer vendors. The information can be exchanged in person in writing or by telephone or by email.
• Electrical Three Faze

Qualifications :

Prefer High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be able to read and write

Technical Certificates would be helpful.

work experience requirements:

Previous experience working in a chemical plant preferred but not required.

Reliable transportation.
