We are currently hiring for a first-shift Maintenance Tech 2 or 3 position with level and pay determined by qualifications and experience. Pay ranges from $30.90 to $37.10 per hour. The schedule consists of eight-hour shifts five days a week.

What You Will Do:

• Follow all safety guidelines electrical safety procedures and established safe work practices to support the organizations goal of zero incidents.
• Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems control wiring and electrical controls to identify and resolve manufacturing equipment issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to support reliable operation and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and complete repairs to safely restore production.
• Inspect maintain and repair mechanical components and systems including hydraulics pumps and piping.
• Support troubleshooting of programmable logic controller (PLC)-controlled equipment with training provided as needed.
• Participate in maintenance projects including equipment installation upgrades and modifications.
• Collaborate with production team members to identify equipment concerns and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Document preventive maintenance activities repairs and equipment issues.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend improvements to equipment reliability and operation.

Maintenance Tech

• Ability to stand walk bend stoop and operate machinery continuously.
• Ability to routinely lift objects of 25lbs. and push or pull objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours during high-demand production seasons.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years experience in industrial electrical systems control wiring control systems (electrical).
• General operating knowledge of PLCs used in an automated manufacturing plant preferred but willing to train.
• General knowledge and background in manufacturing equipment hydraulic systems pumps piping systems (mechanical).
• Certification in Arc Flash is a plus but not required.
