The Maintenance Technician reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for performing a range of HVAC jobs for light commercial and residential customers.

A Maintenance Technician must be able to perform maintenace on heating and cooling systems. We have a Customer Advantage Plan membership that service is a white glove maintenace in addition to our regular maintenance. Must be reliable dependable and willing to learn.

- Able to preform routine HVAC service activities without regular on-site assistance.
- Communicate upfront pricing before completion of repairs with homeowners and building owners.
- Provide referrals for qualified leads to the sales staff.
- Performing related duties as directed by the Service Manager.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate GED or suitable equivalent.
- 2 years HVAC experience preferred.
- Good verbal and reading skills and to clearly communicate with residential and commercial customers suppliers and other JC Warner employees.
- On-call rotation for after hours weekends holidays.
- Physically agile and able to work in confined spaces in all weather conditions.
- Current Maryland drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work under pressures of time a non-standard schedule customer needs and backlog constraints.
Compensation: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour
