About the Role:
Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a 350-unit apartment community. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 2 technicians coordinate vendors ensure timely completion of service requests and perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical carpentry drywall flooring appliances windows locks and general property maintenance is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of 2 maintenance staff.
- Oversee HVAC repairs preventative maintenance and property upkeep.
- Ensure service requests are completed efficiently and on time.
- Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors.
- Perform appliance repair/installation drywall tile flooring painting plumbing carpentry and light electrical work.
- Maintain an organized and stocked maintenance shop.
- Handle snow removal landscaping groundskeeping and general property maintenance.
- Participate in emergency repairs and after-hours on-call duties.
- Operate company vehicles and maintenance equipment safely.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of maintenance construction or property maintenance experience.
- Strong HVAC plumbing and general maintenance skills.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- HVAC and/or plumbing experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid drivers license.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
