MaintenanceCoordination(50%)

• Scheduleapproximately30maintenanceandservicecallseachweekacrossmultiplefieldtechnicians
• Coordinatetechnicianscheduleswhilebalancingcustomerprioritiesandemergencyrequests
• Communicatewithcustomersregardingappointmentstimelinesandserviceupdates
• Preparequotesworkordersandassistwithinvoicing
• Ensuretechnicianshavetheinformationandresourcesneededforsuccessfulservicecalls

Hands-OnMechanicalSupport(50%)

• Trainalongsideexperiencedtechniciansperformingpredictivemaintenanceandequipmentinspections
• Traveltocustomerfacilitiesthroughouttheregion
• Assistwithtroubleshootingandevaluatingindustrialmechanicalequipment
• Learnspecializedpredictivemaintenancetechniquesincludingvibrationanalysis
• Developintoanindependentfieldtechnicianovertime
