Job Summary
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on production equipment and facility systems
- Assist with preventive maintenance activities following established schedules and procedures
- Inspect equipment and work areas identifying and reporting maintenance needs
- Replace basic components such as filters belts hoses and other wear items as needed
- Assist with machine setup adjustments and changeovers to support production operations
- Support facility upkeep including basic building and grounds maintenance activities
- Help maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work logs
- Assist with inventory and organization of maintenance tools parts and supplies
- Support facility improvement projects and equipment installations as assigned
- Work with contractors and service providers during on-site maintenance activities
- Follow all safety policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding maintenance priorities and equipment conditions
- Perform other general maintenance duties as assigned

For This Role You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn maintenance skills
- Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to safety quality and detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks such as standing walking bending kneeling climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Maintenance manufacturing warehouse construction facilities or other related hands-on experience is helpful but not required
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Previous experience in manufacturing maintenance warehouse facilities or production environments
- Technical vocational or trade-related training
- Forklift operating experience
- Familiarity with basic preventive maintenance practices
- Experience supporting equipment facilities or building maintenance activities
- Interest in developing technical skills and advancing within a maintenance career path
