Provide Level 2/3 production support for Automated Credit Rewards and Credit Card Hub applications
Monitor production systems and ensure system stability and uptime
Analyze and troubleshoot failed mainframe jobs (JCL)
Perform root cause analysis and support ad hoc job executions
Partner with Production Control to restart and recover failed jobs
Respond to business user requests and application team needs
Maintain and update incident tracking (ServiceNow JIRA Confluence)
Monitor and respond to application group mailboxes
Document incidents resolutions and create JIRA stories for follow-up
Required Skills
Strong experience in Mainframe Production Support (application support required)
Technologies/tools:
JCL COBOL CICS DB2 CA7 IDCAMS Mainview
File tools: File Manager File Analyzer EZTRIEV
Experience with ticketing and documentation tools (ServiceNow JIRA Confluence or similar)
Ability to work in a high-volume production-critical environment
