Job Summary

This position is responsible for the operation a minimum of 5 sort machines that sort good and bad parts based on the clients requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities

Operate a minimum of 5 sort machines efficiently
Remove filled boxes and apply label
Maintain documentation
Verify parts each hour
Move skids from area once complete
Report machine issues to lead or setup operator
Train new operators as needed

The employer may require an employee to perform other duties as assigned on a temporary and infrequent basis.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities

Good verbal and written communication skills. Speak read and write English preferred
Basic mathematical skills and/or the ability to use a calculator
Organized with great attention to detail.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to create and maintain cooperative team building relationships.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Education and Experiences

High School diploma or equivalent and/or up to one month of related experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a manufacturing company preferred
