Machine Operator

In this role you will operate production machinery monitor equipment performance and help keep materials moving through the manufacturing process. Daily work may include setting up machines feeding materials checking finished product quality and reporting equipment issues. The environment is fast-paced team-oriented and focused on meeting production standards safely. A strong fit is dependable detail-oriented comfortable working around industrial equipment and able to follow instructions closely. Candidates with experience on welders corrugators braiders press machines or similar production equipment are encouraged to apply.

• Job Site Location: Romeoville Illinois

• Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am will train on 1^st shift for a month before transitioning

• Familiarity with RW80 welders RW80 corrugators braiders 460 Machine RF67 equipment or Composite Bulk Machines

• Ability to follow machine operating procedures work instructions and safety practices

• Ability to monitor machine performance and identify quality or equipment issues

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Press machine experience

• Experience working first or second shift in a production setting

• Experience performing basic machine setup changeover or adjustments

• Strong attention to detail when inspecting materials or finished products
