Monday Friday 5:00 AM 1:00 PM Overtime available including Saturdays
What Youll Do
- Operate corrugating and converting machines to produce corrugated packaging products
- Adjust machine settings to meet dimensional and quality specifications
- Inspect finished product for defects and correct issues in real time
- Perform routine machine maintenance to keep lines running
- Load and unload raw materials as needed
- Maintain a clean organized workstation
- Communicate with your team and supervisors to hit production goals safely
- Support and mentor newer team members as you settle in
What We Need From You
- Experience in a high-speed manufacturing production or industrial environment
- Ability to read a tape measure and identify product defects
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs. and working in a non-climate-controlled facility
- Must be able to read and follow basic written instructions in English
- Flexible to work overtime and Saturdays when needed
