Now Hiring a Machine Operator for a Great Company in Tallmadge OH

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Load large master rolls of material onto the slitting machine
Adjust blades spacers and guides for required widths
Input production specifications
Operate slitting equipment during production runs
Monitor speed tension and alignment
Ensure accurate cuts and proper winding of finished rolls
Inspect for defects such as uneven edges wrinkles tears and incorrect widths

Schedule: First Shift 6:00am - 2:00pm Second Shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm or 1:00pm - 11:00pm Third Shift 8:00pm - 6:00am

Staring Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Paid Weekly

Incentives:

$150 Attendance Bonus Paid Out Bi-Quarterly

Wage Increase Every Year

Profit Sharing If Goals Are Met Paid Quarterly Up To $500
