Working for our team you can truly make a Rewinder Operator - 3rd Shift is responsible for taking master label rolls from the Rewind Feeder and transforms rolls into specific customer order rolls ready for work at MCC:Compensation: $20.00/hr $0.50 Shift Premium $1000.00 Sign-on BonusGenerous benefits package including medical dental vision disability life insurance and 401(k)Paid Holidays: New Years Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day plus two floating holidaysResponsibilities:Sets up rewind machine to cut and rewind specific counts per customer orderRuns orders fills out core labels to identify order and stacks orders on cartsKeeps orders separated by size city UPC or plant numbersChecks rolls while running for misprinting; report error to pressman and supervisorCuts out bad labels on rolls and splices rollsDirects errors to rework areaRotates through rework area to rework bad rollsClean rewind machine or turret machine as neededPerforms miscellaneous duties as assignedOperate turret machineParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assignedDiversity & Inclusion:MCC fosters an inclusive culture that respects and embraces our teammates diverse backgrounds and experiences so that everyone can achieve their full potential here.
