- Pay: Based on experience starting at $24.10/hour and $1.50 shift premium

CurrentShift Schedule (2026)
- Shift: 3rd(Night)
- Schedule: Monday- Friday
- Hours: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM (flexible pending business needs)
Future Shift Schedule (2027):
Transition to a 12-hour night or day shift schedule (Further details will be provided
Description of Role:
Machine Operators (Team Members) function as an expert member of a manufacturing area team responsible for the efficient production of quality products.
What are we looking for
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma GED or equivalent education
- 1 years experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in software systems including MS Office and e-mail
Physical Requirements:
- Perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
- Frequent bending stooping twisting handling and gripping.
- Ability to work at elevated heights climb stairs lean over equipment and operate in confined spaces.
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods with shifts lasting 12 hours
- Capable of working in non-climate-controlled areas including hot cold and wet conditions.
- Proficient in understanding communicating reading and writing in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or certifications
- 2 years experience in a manufacturing setting operating a variety of machines
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Knowledge of inventory control principles
- Experience with SAP or other warehouse management system
What will be your Key Responsibilities
- Performs activities and job tasks within a manufacturing line or area
- Operates equipment and changeovers in a safe and efficient manner
- Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level
- Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs adjustments and malfunction troubleshooting
- Performs and/or works with Maintenance to complete equipment preventative maintenance (PM)
- Performs quality control (QC) tasks such as metal checks inspection of date codes item numbers dump logs etc.
- Maintain accurate records of quality check and keeps detailed logbooks
- Any ad hoc tasks
