Luxury Travel Consultant

Were a growing remote travel team and were looking for a detail-oriented client-first professional to join us as a Luxury Travel Consultant. Youll support clients in planning and managing high-end travel experiences handling everything from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up all from home.

Full training is provided. You dont need a background in travel you need to be organized professional and genuinely good with people.

• Provide responsive professional support to clients via phone email and online messaging.

• Assist with luxury and leisure travel reservations itinerary updates and special accommodations.

• Communicate travel details documentation requirements and booking policies clearly.

• Monitor bookings for accuracy and proactively follow up with clients.

• Resolve questions and concerns with a calm solutions-focused approach.

• Keep client records organized and internal systems updated

• Clear professional communicator written and verbal.

• Customer service background preferred travel or hospitality experience is a plus not a requirement.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

• Able to pick up digital tools and booking platforms quickly.

• Laptop or desktop computer.

• Reliable broadband internet connection.
