Job Summary
Mora Elementary is seeking a dedicated Long-Term EBD (Emotional/Behavioral Disorders) Substitute Teacher to foster a supportive structured and emotionally safe learning environment for students with diverse social-emotional and behavioral this role you will implement individualized education programs (IEPs) manage due process guidelines deliver social skills curriculum and use positive behavior intervention strategies to help students build self-regulation and academic confidence. Working closely with program paraprofessionals special education staff and support personnel you will manage daily routines de-escalate challenging behaviors and track student progress. The ideal candidate brings strong classroom management clear communication a trauma-informed mindset and an unwavering commitment to advocating for student success and well-being.
