Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Springfield CO
Job Type: 13-Week Contract
Schedule: Day Shift 6:00 AM 6:00 PM 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $1300 - $1500/Week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong medication administration resident care and CNA supervision experience.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
Active Colorado LPN License or Compact LPN License.
Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience.
LTC Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation or Geriatric experience preferred.
Cerner EMR experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Supervise and support CNA staff.
Assist with individualized care planning.
Communicate with families and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
