Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH)in Bolivar Missouri is hiring aLPC LCSW orPsychologistto join the dynamic team of providers already in place providingexceptional patient care at theEl Dorado Springs Medical Centerin El Dorado Springs Missourisomeone who leads with skill compassion and a drive to positivelyimpactevery patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Full-time
• WorkShift:Days
• Hours:Set your own schedulewith compensation based on production! A minimum of 80 sessions are expected to be completed each month.

What Your Day Looks Like:Workingin our local school districtso thatparents andguardians are relieved frombringing students into the clinicfor ongoing therapy services. Referrals come from teachers school counselors primary care physicians andparents.

You will be:

• Completing patient intakes assessments andone-on-one therapy sessions lasting between 30 minutes andonehour
• Providing counseling for problems such as ADHD OCD ODD and other behavioral issues as well as providing treatment for anxiety/depression loss/grief anger and trauma
• Participating in crisis and risk assessments at schools or providers requests
• Referring patients toadditional community services and resourcesas deemed appropriate
• Entering documentation in a timely and appropriate manner

Qualifications

• Education:MSW from aCSWE accredited Social Workprogram or a Masters/Doctorate Degreein Psychology
• Experience: 1-3 years ofbehavioral health or substance abuse counseling (may include pre-degree practicum)
• Skills:Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication time-management organization
• Licensure/Certification:LCSWLPC orLicensed Psychologist. We are unable to considerPLPCs at this time.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods of time
