VIP Systems is a South Florida Low Voltage integrator specializing in complex technology infrastructure (cabling security and access control) for luxury high-rise developments.
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Low Voltage Foreman to lead onsite installation crews and manage the daily execution of technology infrastructure builds. This role requires a grounded leader who can command a job site coordinate with other trades and ensure that our luxury high-rise projects are completed with precision and safety.
Core Responsibilities
Site Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians assigning daily tasks and ensuring all installations meet VIP Systems quality standards.
Trade Coordination: Act as the primary onsite point of contact for General Contractors and other MEP trades to ensure project schedules are synchronized.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA safety standards and project-specific safety protocols conducting daily tool-box talks and site inspections.
Material Logistics: Track onsite inventory stage materials for upcoming phases and coordinate with the office to prevent supply delays.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs track labor hours and update project drawings to reflect real-time field changes.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5 years in low-voltage installation with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman-level role.
Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of structured cabling (Fiber/Copper) CCTV and access control systems in a high-rise setting.
Communication:Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Software Proficiency: Ability to use tablet-based project management tools (e.g. Procore or Fieldwire) and read digital blueprints.
Reliability: Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing personnel in high-pressure environments.
