Foreman

• Lead and supervise sheet metal installation crews on commercial HVAC construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules productivity goals and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints specifications shop drawings and coordination documents.
• Coordinate manpower equipment material deliveries and subcontractors with the Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Mentor train and develop apprentices and installers while promoting a strong team culture.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications SMACNA standards company expectations and applicable codes.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Communicate project progress field challenges manpower needs and schedule impacts with project leadership.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining production and minimizing delays.
• Perform quality inspections complete punch list items and support project closeout activities.
• Maintain accurate daily reports labor tracking and field documentation.
• Foster a culture of accountability craftsmanship teamwork and continuous improvement.

• 7 years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience.
• Previous experience leading crews as a Lead Installer Foreman or similar field leadership role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and HVAC plans.
• Working knowledge of SMACNA standards and commercial HVAC installation practices.
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
• Own basic hand tools required for the trade.
• Reliable professional safety-focused and committed to delivering quality workmanship.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 40 hours per week with overtime and occasional weekends as project needs require.
