Job Summary
The Car Sales Division has an opportunity for a FULL-TIME Car Sales Lot Attendant at the Chicago dealership. The Lot Attendants primary responsibility will be to maintain the lot presentation at the dealership. This is a great opportunity for a dependable person with great attention to detail.
The starting rate of pay is $17.50 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The location of the dealership is 3840 N. WESTERN AVE CHICAGO IL 60618.
Schedule offered is:
- Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Sunday: OFF

You will be responsible for washing cleaning sanitizing inspecting and preparing a variety of vehicles including cars trucks and vans ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain lot presentation
- Verify appropriate stickers are attached to vehicle (registration plates etc.)
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Drive vehicles to and from various locations as needed
- Clean sanitize vacuum and prepare vehicle interior according to industry -standard protocols
- Wash clean and dry the vehicles exterior - this might include cars of different sizes as well as vans and trucks.
- May assist with photo taking of vehicles
- Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exterior of dealership location
- Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops countertops phones floors trash bathrooms vacuuming sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the dealership location
- Work is performed outside in all types of weather and temperatures and in a typical office environment
Additional Responsibilities
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment skill development training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have valid drivers license with no more than one moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past three years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must have 12 consecutive months of work/organizational experience
