Local Class A CDL Intermodal Driver

Salary & Compensation

• Sign-On Bonus: $5000 (Limited time only!)
• Mileage Rate: $0.48 - $0.53 per mile PLUS accessory pay (see below)
• Orientation Pay: $250/day (Paid online orientation)
• Holiday Pay: $220/day (Eligible after 90 days for 6 major holidays)
• Annual pay average: 80K-85K

Additional Component Pay (Get paid for your time!):

• Detention / Hourly Work / Yard Work / Mechanical Breakdown / Rail Delay: $20 - $25/hr
• Drop & Hook: $32 - $35 per stop
• Live Load/Unload: $55 per stop
• Hazmat Load Premium: $25 per load (Hazmat is optionalwe reimburse 100% of certification costs!) > * Refrigerated/TCI Load Premium: $30 per load
• Safety Training: $22/hr (Onsite) $20/hr (Virtual)
• Full detailed list of accessory pays (Layover Driver Assist Chassis Flips etc.) provided upon hire.

Job Overview & Schedule

We are seeking a reliable Local Class A CDL Driver for an Intermodal regional position based out of Minneapolis. Enjoy the stability of daily home time while working with a supportive onsite management team.

• Weekly Hours: Average of 50 hours per week (Five 10-hour days). Occasional additional hours may be required to service customers. * Freight Type: 100% Intermodal Chassis/Container freight. Approx. 50% Drop & Hook / 50% Live Load. Only about 5% is Reefer/TCI freight.
• Touch Freight: Majority No-Touch freight.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Must have at least 3 months of recent Class A CDL driving experience.
• License: Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL-A).
• Location: Must live within 35 miles of Minneapolis MN.
