CDL-A Local Dedicated Truck Driver Home Daily

Clock In. Do Your Turns. Sleep in Your Own Bed.

If youre completely over living out of a cramped sleeper berth eating greasy truck stop food and missing out on life at home its time to make a shift. Were currently hiring dedicated local drivers to join our team running out of the Target Distribution Center in Pueblo CO.

No endless weeks away from your family and no stressing over unpredictable over-the-road miles. You just show up knock out your daily turns cash your daily salary and head home every single night.

Pay & Compensation

Average Weekly Earnings: $1300 gross per week.

Daily Salary: $200/day for drivers with 02 years of experience.

Weekly Mileage: 2000 miles/week.

Bonuses / Extra Pay: No transition bonus short haul pay or stop pay.

The Gig & Freight Profile

The Route: Intra-Colorado shuttle service running directly out of the Target DC in Pueblo.

Daily Workload: Expect roughly 2 turns per day along with local shuttle duties.

Freight: Drop and hook / Live unload. 100% no-touch freight no throwing boxes or breaking your back.

Home Time & Schedule

Home Time: Home Daily sleep in your own bed every single night.

Shift Window: Flexibility is key must be open to running both day and night shifts based on customer needs.

Work Week: Minimum of 5 days/week (operating Monday through Sunday; weekend work is required).

Holiday Work: Must be open to running night shifts on holidays depending on store volume

Driver Requirements

Experience: Open to both Trainees (02 years) and First Seat / Experienced drivers.

License & Endorsements: Class A CDL. No specialized endorsements or certificates required.

Hiring Location: Must live within 40 miles of Pueblo CO

Environment: Must be comfortable driving in cold winter weather handling holiday schedules and adapting to variable local routes.
