Now Hiring: Live-In Caregiver (Female Preferred) Non-Medical Home Care
Are you a compassionate dependable and engaging caregiver who enjoys helping seniors live fulfilling independent lives We are seeking an exceptionallive-in caregiverto provide non-medical one-on-one support for a client in a senior living community.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is caring patient and committed to making a meaningful difference every day.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility.
- Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including meal preparation light housekeeping laundry medication reminders and organization.
- Transport the client to doctors appointments grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
- Encourage and motivate the client to participate in activities and social events offered within the senior living community.
- Build a positive trusting relationship while promoting independence dignity and quality of life.
- Maintain clear communication with the care team and family as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience is strongly preferred especially experience assisting with ADLs and IADLs.
- Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license and current auto insurance is required.
- Dependable punctual and trustworthy.
- Friendly personable and patient with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in keeping the client engaged active and socially connected.
- Ability to provide compassionate respectful and professional care at all times.
